Participate in such sports/activities as basketball, soccer, obstacle courses, roller-skating, rope-jumping and racket sports. Students in grades 6 through 8 participate in basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, flag football, paddle tennis, wrestling, lacrosse, yoga and gymnastics.

While the students enjoy the training aspect of the programs, they also learn much more than just how to play the game. Our Physical Education Specialist has developed a unique Torah based approach to competition and sportsmanship. Spirituality, effort and ethical development are emphasized through exercise, song and expression. For example, a song such as “be Honest In The Game,” teaches the children the importance of giving a “full effort” and the importance of being “honest," when a referee or instructor may not always see what is going on.
