Orderly drop-off and pick-ups will assure that your child is in a safe environment. We will have monitors on duty during drop-off and pick-up so that the entire process takes a minimal amount of time and runs smoothly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will benefit everyone.

Drop-off and pick-up is westbound on Beverly Place only. The city of West Hollywood does not allow Huntley Drive or Westbourne Drive to be used for this purpose.

The Maimonides Parking Lot is for Staff only between the hours of 8am until 1pm. Between 1pm and 4pm, parents may use the parking lot.

Regulations

1. Drop-off and pick-up must be on the North side (school side) of Beverly Place only. Do not block the alleyway entrance near the Middle School by unloading students there.
2. All cars must remain in a single lane, next to the curb.
3. Double parking is illegal and cannot be tolerated.
4. In the event that a child is late for school, please park in the parking lot and walk your child to the front office on Huntley Drive for Pre-school through 3rd grade students. Students in 4th through 8th grade should be signed-in by parents at the Middle School front desk.

Vehicles are not to be left unattended, even momentarily, during drop-off and pick-up time. Your child will be brought to and from your car.

Children cannot be admitted through the office on Huntley Drive during drop-off and cannot be allowed to exit through the office during pick-up.

Parents who cannot pick up their children on time should call the school office so that arrangements can be made for supervision of the children until the parent arrives. Students left later than five minutes after the designated pick-up time will be charged a late fee. After 4:30 p.m., parents must come in to the office to pick up their child.

If anyone other than the parent will be picking up the child, written permission must be on file in the school office. Without written permission, we cannot release the child to anyone but the parent.
