Students are encouraged
to care about others and to demonstrate
school spirit and pride. Our objective is
to help students develop the highest standards
for citizenship, scholarship and sportsmanship.
All students at Maimonides Academy enjoy
a positive and nurturing environment where
they can learn and play safely.
With this in mind, the
Academy has established a student “Code
of Honor,” the primary goal of which
is that every student become self-disciplined.
The “Code” includes the following:
THINK Intelligently:Think
of other’s feelings; think of the
consequences for your behavior; think of
what is expected of you in every situation.
TALK Positively: Talk
through your problems and situations using
positive words; try to apply conflict resolution
principles to resolve disputes with others.
TREAT Respectfully:
Treat others and their property respectfully;
treat others the way you want to be treated-
